- 01 Gift cards (including electronic gift codes) are one time use cards and are only redeemable for the STARZ App subscription service ("STARZ Service") in countries where the STARZ Service is offered in the currency denominated on the gift card.
- 02 You must become a new STARZ Service subscriber or have an existing STARZ Service subscription purchased directly from starz.com, in order to redeem a gift card.
- 03 STARZ Service gift cards cannot be redeemed on an account that is billed through third party partners, such as iTunes or Google Play.
- 04 To redeem a STARZ Service gift card if your account is billed through such partners, you must first cancel your STARZ Service billing through the partner and then redeem your card at www.starz.com/gift once the billing period ends.
- 05 Gift cards are assigned a fixed monetary value (e.g., $30). The entire value of the gift card will be applied to your STARZ Service account upon redemption.
- 06 The duration of the STARZ Service subscription will be prorated based on the value of the gift card and when the corresponding subscription period expires access to the STARZ Service will terminate unless a valid payment method is provided. Applicable taxes may apply.
- 07 Subscription to the STARZ Service is subject to your acceptance of the STARZ Service Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
- 08 Gift cards are not refundable (whether for cash or otherwise), except to the extent required by applicable law.
- 09 Use of a gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- 10 Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, and cannot be reloaded, resold, or transferred for value.
- 11 For combinations with other offers, restrictions may apply.
- 12 Gift cards do not expire and are not subject to any transaction fees.
- 13 Starz is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from lost, stolen, or fraudulently obtained cards or use without permission. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD.
- 14 Gift cards may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or other promotional activities without Starzs prior written approval. Further, the use of gift cards in any manner that states or implies that any person, website, business, product or service is endorsed or sponsored by, or otherwise affiliated with, Starz is prohibited without Starzs prior written approval.
- 15 Starz may modify any of the terms and conditions governing use of the gift cards at any time, with or without notice, subject to our compliance with applicable laws. The most current version of these terms and conditions will be available on this site and will supersede all previous versions of these terms and conditions.
