- 01 This eVoucher is applicable for Transport booking in Singapore only. This Gift Card is valid for redemption only on the Grab app (iOS | Android). Valid on the latest Grab app version only.
- 02 Gift card can be used only as a Promo at checkout. Gift card can't be used to top up Wallet Credits on Grab app.
- 03 Validity of this gift card is according to the "Validity Period/Expiration date" provided against the brand, and from the date of issue. If not redeemed within this period, all rights accruing to this Gift Card will lapse. This eVoucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, and only valid until the date of expiry.
- 04 Each Gift Card (promo code) must be fully utilised when making payment (Any unutilised amount will be forfeited and shall not be refundable). Any outstanding balance after deducting the face value of the eVoucher must be paid in full using cashless payment modes.
- 05 Only 1 promo code is valid per ride; cannot be combined with other promo codes or vouchers or promotions. This eVoucher does not apply to surcharges and platform fees.
