- 01 This e-Gift Card is redeemable only at Fantasy Party branches within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- 02 This e-Gift Card is valid for 24 months from the date of issuance.
- 03 This e-Gift Card cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
- 04 If the e-Gift Card is lost or misplaced, neither Fantasy Party nor MyList can block or cancel the card, and they will not be responsible for any transactions made using a lost or stolen card.
- 05 Expired e-Gift Cards cannot be extended or refunded.
- 06 This e-Gift Card can only be used once, must be redeemed in full, and must be used in a single transaction.
- 07 The value of this e-Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash.
- 08 Paid event booking services made using this e-Gift Card are subject to Fantasy Party’s cancellation policy, as outlined below:
- 09 a. A full refund will be provided for cancellations made one (1) week before the event date, excluding customized or imported items and event-specific designed décor.
- 10 b. A 70% refund will be provided for cancellations made four (4) days before the event date. The remaining 30% will be issued as store credit, valid for three (3) months, excluding customized or imported items and event-specific designed décor.
- 11 c. No refund will be provided for cancellations made on the day of the event.
- 12 Fantasy Party offers a full refund for any confirmed service or product that was not delivered on the event day.
- 13 Should Fantasy Party cease operations or terminate its partnership with MyList or any MyList affiliate, MyList reserves the right to replace this e-Gift Card with a MyList Gift Card or another gift card of equivalent value. Cash or points refunds are not permitted.
- 14 Receipt and use of this e-Gift Card constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, and users are advised to read them carefully before use.
