- 14 In case of transaction failures after the Gift Card is applied, the amount would be automatically refunded to the same Gift Card.
- 15 In case of cancellations where the EGV is still valid, the applicable refund amount (after deducting cancellation, rescheduling, and other charges) will be credited back to the EGV.
- 16 In case of cancellations where the Gift Card validity has expired, no refund will be processed for the amount paid by the Gift Card.
- 17 Yatra.com is not liable to pay for any difference in fare/tariff between the date of redemption request and the date of using the Gift Card during booking.
- 18 If a Gift Card is lost or stolen, Yatra will not be liable for replacement or compensation.
- 19 In case the Gift Card expires, no further extension will be entertained.
