01 The Urban Company Gift Card is a prepaid gift instrument ("Gift PPI") issued by Razorpay Technologies Private Limited ("Razorpay"), authorised by the Reserve Bank of India to issue Prepaid Payment Instruments, and co-branded with Urban Company. Urban Company is the co-branding partner and the merchant at which the Gift Card is redeemable, and is not the issuer of the Gift Card.
02 Use of the Gift Card is additionally governed by the Razorpay User Terms and Conditions – Prepaid Payment Instrument, available at [Razorpay PPI T&C URL], and by the RBI Master Direction on Issuance and Operation of Prepaid Payment Instruments. In the event of any conflict, the Razorpay PPI terms shall prevail.
03 By purchasing, holding, redeeming or using the Gift Card, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms, the Razorpay PPI terms, and the applicable privacy and grievance policies.
04 The Gift Card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue.
05 The Gift Card is not reloadable. No further value can be added to it after issuance.
06 No interest shall be payable on the value held on the Gift Card.
07 No fee is currently charged for the issue or use of the Gift Card. Any charge introduced in future will be notified to you.
08 The Gift Card may be redeemed only by an individual who is a resident of India, is at least 18 years of age, and is not a Politically Exposed Person.
09 A valid Urban Company account registered with an Indian mobile number is required. You may be required to furnish minimum customer details as prescribed under the RBI KYC Master Direction before the Gift Card can be redeemed.
