- 01 All Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
- 02 Gift Cards cannot be used after expiry and will not be extended, revalidated, or replaced.
- 03 Gift Cards may be redeemed only on the official StayVista website or mobile application.
- 04 The Gift Card must be applied before completing payment and cannot be applied retrospectively to confirmed bookings.
- 05 Gift Cards are valid for booking eligible properties and services available on StayVista.
- 06 Gift Cards may be used for full or partial payment of a booking.
- 07 Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, refundable, or exchangeable for credit.
- 08 If the booking value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid using available payment methods.
- 09 If the booking value is lower than the Gift Card amount, the remaining balance will be retained and may be used for future bookings within the original 12-month validity period.
- 10 No cash refunds or credits will be provided for any unused balance.
- 11 Gift Cards cannot be combined with other promotional offers, including coupon codes or bank discounts, unless explicitly stated otherwise by StayVista.
- 12 StayVista reserves the right to determine offer eligibility and stacking rules at its sole discretion.
- 13 All bookings made using Gift Cards are subject to StayVista’s standard cancellation and modification policies.
- 14 In case of cancellation, the portion paid using the Gift Card will be credited back to the same Gift Card, subject to its original 12-month validity period with no extension.
- 15 Any additional payment made via other methods will be refunded to the original payment source.
- 16 If the Gift Card has expired at the time of cancellation, the refunded amount will not be reinstated.
- 17 Gift Cards are transferable and can be used by any person in possession of the valid Gift Card code.
- 18 StayVista shall not be responsible for unauthorized use if the Gift Card code is shared or compromised.
- 19 Gift Cards cannot be used for security deposits.
- 20 Gift Cards cannot be used for on-property payments unless explicitly enabled.
- 21 Additional restrictions may apply based on specific properties, dates, or promotions.
- 22 StayVista reserves the right to cancel any Gift Card or booking in case of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
- 23 StayVista may withhold benefits where misuse is identified.
- 24 StayVista shall not be liable for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards.
- 25 StayVista shall not be liable for technical issues affecting redemption.
- 26 Gift Cards are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.
- 27 StayVista reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- 28 Updated terms will be effective upon publication on the platform.
- 29 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
