02 The holder of the GV is deemed to be the beneficiary.
03 This GV is digital in nature and will be delivered electronically. No physical card will be issued.
04 The GV can be added to the Razorpay Money Wallet. Once added, the wallet balance is valid for one year from the date of addition.
05 The wallet balance can be used to exchange for gift cards or vouchers of your choice from the available brand catalogue.
06 The GV cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to a bank account, or withdrawn from the wallet once added.
07 The GV cannot be reloaded once the balance is exhausted.
08 In case the value of the selected gift card or voucher exceeds the wallet balance, the difference shall be paid by the user through other available payment options.
09 Multiple GVs can be added to the wallet and the balance can be used across transactions.
10 The GV cannot be revalidated once expired. Users are advised to add the GV to their wallet before the voucher expiry date to ensure the one-year wallet validity applies.
11 Once issued, the GV cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
12 The GV is not for resale and cannot be used for any purpose other than exchanging for brand gift cards or vouchers within the Razorpay Money platform.
