03 The GV/e-Pay can only be used to purchase Gold Jewellery and Diamond Jewellery.
04 The GV/e-Pay can be used during sales or promotional periods.
05 Multiple GVs can be used against one bill on the online website and at participating PC Jeweller stores
06 Once a GV has been added to the online e-Pay wallet, it cannot be used at PC Jeweller offline stores.
07 Multiple GV/e-Pay can be combined and added to the online e-Pay wallet. The e-Pay balance can be used across multiple transactions on the PC Jeweller website until the balance is exhausted.
08 The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
09 The GV/e-Pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or converted into any other form of currency.
10 In case of product returns, no refund by way of cash will be given for the amount paid through the GV/e-Pay.
