02 Lenskart reserves the right to update the list of products for which Gift Cards may be used without prior notice.
03 This voucher can be redeemed on www.lenskart.com, mobile apps, company-authorized Lenskart stores and Lenskart Home Try-On services. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed on Contactskart.com.
04 The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
05 No refund or credit note will be issued against unused or partially used vouchers.
06 If a voucher gets blocked due to a technical issue, it will be usable only after 72 hours.
07 Users can add multiple Gift Cards into a single balance container and use the cumulative balance for their orders. This balance can be applied across one or more transactions.
08 In case the order is canceled, the E-Gift Card amount will be refunded to the original Gift Card container. Validity will be based on the original date of issuance, not the date of usage or refund.
09 If the order value exceeds the cumulative Gift Card balance, the remaining amount can be paid via Credit Card, Debit Card, Internet Banking, UPI or Cash on Delivery.
10 If the order value is less than the cumulative Gift Card balance, the remaining balance will stay in the Gift Card container and can be used for future transactions until expiry.
11 Once the E-Gift Card has been issued, customers are responsible for protecting the Gift Card PIN or number. Lenskart or its payment solution partners are not liable for any misuse due to loss of confidential details, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
12 Lenskart reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the E-Gift Card, including expiry and extensions.
