02 The holder of the Hush Puppies GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
03 The GV/e-Pay can be clubbed with the existing offers.
04 The GV can be converted into e-Pay, as per convenience of the holder.
05 Multiple GVs can be clubbed and added to the e-Pay balance. The maximum cumulative GV value that can be added to the e-Pay balance in 30 days is Rs. 20,000.
06 After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
07 Only valid Hush Puppies GV/e-Pay, at the sole discretion of Bata, shall be accepted for redemption.

10 The Hush Puppies GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.

12 Bata, the provider, or its affiliates shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the GV/e-Pay number or account credentials, resulting in unauthorized use of the GV/e-Pay balance.
13 Hush Puppies GV/e-Pay will be accepted across all mentioned Bata outlets at its sole discretion. Bata reserves the right to add or remove outlets from the list without prior notice.
14 Hush Puppies GV/e-Pay cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates. Bata reserves the right to add or delete any date at its sole discretion.
15 Bata, the provider, or any of its partners shall not be liable to compensate for any outlet's inability to accept GV/e-Pay. The customer would be liable to settle the bill.
16 In case of a technical issue leading to the blockage of Hush Puppies GV/e-Pay, it shall be reactivated within 72 hours.
