02 Gift Cards can be redeemed online only against sellers listed on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart Mobile App, or Flipkart m-site (“Platform”).
03 Gift Cards can be purchased on Flipkart using Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking only.
04 Gift Cards can be redeemed by selecting Gift Card as the payment mode.
05 The Gift Card payment option is available for a single order containing products from multiple sellers.
06 Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase:

08 Flipkart First subscriptions
09 Gold and Silver products on the Platform
10 Gift Cards cannot be used to make bulk purchases on Flipkart.
11 If the order value is higher than the Gift Card value, the remaining balance must be paid using Credit Card, Debit Card, or Internet Banking.
12 Cash on Delivery cannot be used to pay the balance amount.
13 If the order value is less than the Gift Card value, the remaining balance will continue to reflect under the same Gift Card and can be used for subsequent transactions.
14 Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
15 The cardholder may request revalidation of an expired Gift Card. Revalidation may be provided after due verification and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
16 Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
17 Gift Cards issued due to damaged, defective, or missing products must not be transferred to another account.

24 If more than 15 Gift Cards are required for a single order, the Gift Cards should be added to the Flipkart Wallet.
25 Flipkart/the provider assumes no responsibility for products purchased using Gift Cards, and any liability related to such products is expressly disclaimed.
26 Once purchased, Gift Cards cannot be cancelled by the purchaser. Any cancellation will be at the sole discretion of Flipkart/the provider.
27 A customer can purchase a maximum of 100 Gift Cards within a 30-day period.
28 The aggregate value of Gift Cards purchased cannot exceed ₹1,00,000 in a month.
29 Purchases exceeding these limits will be cancelled automatically.

31 In such cases, the funds will be credited back to the same source from which they were received.
32 If the beneficiary/KYC details required under RBI Guidelines are found to be incorrect or insufficient, Flipkart/the provider reserves the right to cancel the Gift Card.
33 Gift Cards are prepaid payment instruments and are subject to RBI regulations and guidelines.
34 Flipkart/the provider may be required to share the purchaser's/redeemer's KYC details and/or other information relating to Gift Card purchases and transactions with RBI or other statutory authorities.

37 Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or resold.
