- 01 Gift Cards can be redeemed only for Flights, Hotels, and Online Holiday bookings on the EaseMyTrip website and app.
- 02 Valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
- 03 Up to 3 Gift Cards can be combined in a single booking.
- 04 Unused balance can be reused multiple times within the validity period.
- 05 If the booking amount exceeds the Gift Card value, the remaining balance must be paid through another payment method.
- 06 If the booking amount is lower than the Gift Card value, the remaining balance stays on the same Gift Card for future use.
- 07 Cannot be clubbed with other offers, discounts, cashback offers, or bank promotions.
- 08 Cannot be cancelled once purchased.
- 09 Cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or another Gift Card.
- 10 Cannot be reloaded or resold.
- 11 Convenience fees are applicable and must be paid separately.
- 12 For flight bookings, convenience fees cannot be paid using the Gift Card.
- 13 In case of transaction failure, the amount is automatically refunded to the same Gift Card as per EaseMyTrip policies.
- 14 EaseMyTrip is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards.
- 15 Gift Cards are for individual use only; travel agents are not permitted to use them.
- 16 Credit and Debit Cards issued outside India cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.
- 17 EaseMyTrip reserves the right to deny redemption in cases of suspected fraud or duplicate Gift Cards.
