10 Campus/the provider or its affiliates shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the GV/GC number or account credentials resulting in unauthorized use of the GV/GC/e-Pay balance.
11 Campus GV/GC/e-Pay will be accepted across all mentioned outlets at its sole discretion. The brand reserves the right to add or remove outlets from the list without prior notice.
12 Campus makes full efforts to accept Campus GV/GC/e-Pay but technical or administrative reasons may lead to an outlet refusing to accept e-Pay.
13 Campus/the provider/any of its partners shall not be liable to compensate for any outlet's inability to accept GV/GC/e-Pay. The customer would be liable to settle the bill.
14 In case of a technical issue leading to the blockage of Campus GV/GC/e-Pay, it shall be reactivated within 72 hours.
15 Any dispute should be referred to the company from where the Campus GV/GC/e-Pay has been received, and the company’s decision shall be final.
16 Campus/the provider may terminate or suspend Campus GV/GC/e-Pay if any fraudulent or unauthorized activities are detected.
