- 01 This is an Amazon Prime subscription GV (Gift Voucher)/GC (Gift Card) is a prepaid payment instrument that can be used to purchase Amazon Prime memberships ((3-months, 12-months, Prime Shopping edition or Prime Lite plan) or Amazon Pay Anytime Gift cards (inactive zero value gift card) from Amazon.in.
- 02 GV/GC has an expiry of 12 months from the date of activation, subject to applicable terms.
- 03 The GV/GC cannot be transferred or cancelled once it is issued (please reach out to the issuer (the provider) for any assistance in this regard). Additionally, as per Amazon business guidelines, GV/GC cannot be claimed on Amazon Business accounts.
- 04 Credit and Debit Cards issued outside India cannot be used to purchase a GV/GC
- 05 The user with the GV/GC is deemed the beneficiary.
- 06 Only one GV/GC can be used for one subscription.
- 07 GV/GC cannot be used to purchase any other physical or digital product on Amazon.in, including but not limited to: (i) products on 'Global Store' on Amazon.in, recharges, all kinds of bill payments, all kinds of ticket bookings, and financial products on Amazon.in. (ii) purchase Amazon Pay gift cards (pre-loaded) on Amazon.in (iii) pay for mixed item order if the order has at least one non-eligible item.
- 08 GV/GC cannot be used to purchase Prime membership plans if the customer has telecom provider (Airtel, VI, Jio, etc.) activated Prime membership on the same Amazon account.
- 09 Existing Amazon Prime members who purchased an Amazon Prime/Prime Lite membership via Google Play are not eligible to redeem GV/GC for extending/upgrading the Amazon Prime membership.
- 10 Beneficiaries of the GV/GC can apply the 13-digit numeric code on https://www.amazon.in/vouchers and add the voucher balance in his/her Amazon.in account.
- 11 Customers can add a maximum balance of INR 1799/- to their Amazon Prime voucher balance.
- 12 Amazon Prime membership activated via GV/GC can't be cancelled and is nonrefundable.
- 13 Customers can redeem a partial GV/GC once per calendar year. This limit applies regardless of where the voucher is obtained from.
- 14 GV/GC cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash.
- 15 The above subscription GV/GC is valid in India only.
- 16 Subscription will start immediately after GV/GC redemption.
- 17 the provider, Amazon, or their affiliates are not responsible if a GV/GC is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
- 18 Amazon.in logo/trademark is an IP of Amazon or its affiliates, and the provider trademark/logo is an IP of the provider.
