- 03 LEGO Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards issued for use in the United Kingdom, are issued by LEGO System A/S in GBP £ and can be used in the United Kingdom only. LEGO Gift Cards and eGift Cards purchased on LEGO.com can be used in LEGO stores in the United Kingdom, on LEGO.com and for telephone orders and only in accordance with the LEGO.com online store Terms and Conditions.

- 06 LEGO Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards and unused portions of LEGO Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards do not have an expiry date except where required by law.
- 07 LEGO Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards are to be used toward the purchase of products available in the LEGO online store
- 08 (LEGO.com/UK), at LEGO Stores, and in the printed catalogue covering LEGO products available in the United Kingdom.
- 09 LEGO Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards can be redeemed at LEGO.com, for phone orders or at the LEGO Stores. LEGO Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise including shipping charges (online only) and VAT directly related to the merchandise only.
- 10 LEGO Gift Cards or LEGO e-Gift Cards cannot be used in any LEGOLAND parks or LEGOLAND Discovery Centers or for the purchase of LEGO® products at third-party retailers or stores.
- 11 LEGO reserves the right to correct the balance of a LEGO Gift Card/e-Gift Card if it believes that a billing error has occurred and disclaims all liability for any such billing errors.
- 12 LEGO Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards cannot be returned and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
- 13 Any unused balance will remain in the recipient's LEGO Gift Card/e-Gift Card account
- 14 If your order exceeds the amount of your LEGO Gift Card/e-Gift Card, you must pay for the balance with another valid method of payment.
- 15 LEGO Gift Card cash value is 1/10 of one penny.

- 17 LEGO e-Gift Cards and LEGO Gift cards purchased on LEGO.com can only be purchased by individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older and otherwise in accordance with the LEGO.com website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- 18 The LEGO Group is not responsible for LEGO Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, destroyed or undelivered because of technical difficulties or inaccurate information, which includes, but is not limited to, physical address and email address. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Services at 00-800-5346-5555. e-Gift Cards that are found to be undeliverable will be delivered to the correct recipient address as soon as possible after the correct information becomes available.
- 19 The LEGO Shop is not responsible for the content of text messages accompanying Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards. The buyer of the LEGO Gift Card/e-Gift Card assumes all responsibility for personal messages accompanying Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards.
- 20 LEGO System A/S will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained LEGO Gift Card/e-Gift Card is either redeemed through LEGO.com
- 21 LEGO reserves the right to limit quantities of LEGO Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards purchased by any person or entity.om or redeemed and used to make purchases on LEGO.com.
- 22 VIP points are not earned for the purchase of LEGO Gift cards/e-Gift Cards. However, VIP points will be earned on purchases made with gift cards at the time the gift card is redeemed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the LEGO VIP program.
- 23 In the event of any liability on the part of LEGO its agents or distributors due to a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, LEGO’s liability will be limited to typically foreseeable damages.
- 24 Nothing in this section shall exclude LEGO, its agents or distributors from liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligent behavior or for any other liability whose limitation is prohibited by law.
- 25 These Rules and Regulations and all matters arising out of or relating to these Rules and Regulations are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales without regard to the conflict of law provisions thereof to the extent such principles or rules would require or permit the application of the laws or any jurisdiction other than those of the England and Wales.
