- 01 E-Gift cards can be used in all Decathlon stores in Indonesia and on the website www.decathlon.co.id only.
- 02 To use the e-Gift card in our stores, please scan the barcode during self-checkout or to present it to our cashiers in-store.
- 03 To use the e-Gift card on our website, please key in the 16 digit gift card codes and 4 digit pin code during checkout.
- 04 Payments can be made once or more until the E-Gift card value has been completely used, or until the card reaches the end of its validity period.
- 05 If the value of purchase exceeds the available balance on the gift card, you can make up the difference with another form of payment valid at Decathlon Indonesia.
- 06 E-gift cards can be used multiple times for a single purchase.
- 07 E-Gift Cards will expire 1 year after the issue date.
- 08 Decathlon reserves the right to exchange or refund the value of the E-gift card. Including the case of lost, stolen, damaged or expired before use.
- 09 E-gift cards cannot generate full tax invoices until they are used to purchase goods at Decathlon stores & online.
- 10 The card balance and validity date can be checked at our stores.
- 11 If Decathlon detects any fraudulent voucher usage or if it does not comply with the Decathlon policy, Decathlon is entitled to cancel transactions, withdraw discounts or cashback.
