- 07 In both cases, BON Travel will send you a booking confirmation by e-mail, fax or post, which you should sign and return to BONUS Reisen & Marketing GmbH, Härdleweg 3, 88690 Uhldingen. You will then receive the original booking confirmation from your chosen tour operator. When booking simply enclose the travel voucher with the booking confirmation or send the voucher code by e-mail to info@bontravel.de Approximately 3 weeks after your return, BON Travel will automatically refund the value of the voucher by bank transfer or cheque.
