- 01 The Gift Card shall be in the form of electronic vouchers and not physical cards. The Gift Card can be bought in the following currencies only - AED, SAR, and EGP.
- 02 The Gift Card can be redeemed on the noon website and mobile app. Customers will have to log in to their account, click on My Account, select Noon credits from the drop-down menu, enter the Gift Card details and click on Redeem.
- 03 The Gift Card can only be redeemed on noon.com: a. In the UAE, once redeemed, the Gift Card balance can be used on noon.com (UAE), SIVVI.com (UAE), noon Food (UAE), noon Grocery (UAE), and/or noon Minutes (UAE); the value of the Gift Card will be issued in the applicable customer's noon credits balance on the noon platform and also visible on the checkout page, under the noon credits balance. b. In KSA, once redeemed, the Gift Card balance can be used on noon.com (KSA), noon Minutes (KSA), and/or SIVVI.com (KSA); the value will be visible on the checkout page, under the noon credits balance. c. In Egypt, once redeemed, the Gift Card balance can be used on noon.com (Egypt); the value will be visible on the checkout page, under the noon credits balance.
- 04 The Gift Card may be used to purchase all products across all categories on noon.com and its affiliates, including sale items. The Gift Card cannot be replaced, refunded, returned, reloaded, redeemed for more than face value, redeemed for cash, returned for cash, or transferred to another account.
- 05 Gift Cards balance cannot be used to purchase goods or services at noon or any noon-affiliated property outside of the currency in which the gift card has been issued.
- 06 Gift Cards must be obtained from an authorized third party, and you are: a. responsible for safeguarding your Gift Card number and PIN from unauthorized use; b. to only use your reference number to communicate a gift card(s) complaint and never share the gift card number and/or PIN with anyone in any circumstance. c. noon is not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed or if your Gift Card is used without your permission. noon is not responsible for and assumes no liability to you for any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Gift Card. noon is not liable for any refunds or replacement if the gift card has not been redeemed before the expiry date.
- 07 Validity: 1 Year

- 10 لا يمكن استخدام بطاقة الهدايا إلا على noon.com: أ. في الإمارات العربية المتحدة، بعد الاسترداد، يمكن استخدام رصيد بطاقة الهدايا على noon.com (الإمارات) وSIVVI.com (الإمارات) ونون فود (الإمارات) ونون جروسري (الإمارات) و/أو نون مينتس (الإمارات)؛ وتُضاف قيمة بطاقة الهدايا إلى رصيد نون الخاص بالعميل على منصة نون وتظهر أيضًا في صفحة الدفع ضمن رصيد نون. ب. في المملكة العربية السعودية، بعد الاسترداد، يمكن استخدام رصيد بطاقة الهدايا على noon.com (السعودية) ونون مينتس (السعودية) و/أو SIVVI.com (السعودية)؛ وتظهر القيمة في صفحة الدفع ضمن رصيد نون. ج. في مصر، بعد الاسترداد، يمكن استخدام رصيد بطاقة الهدايا على noon.com (مصر)؛ وتظهر القيمة في صفحة الدفع ضمن رصيد نون.
- 11 يمكن استخدام بطاقة الهدايا لشراء جميع المنتجات في جميع الفئات على noon.com والجهات التابعة له، بما في ذلك المنتجات المخفضة. لا يمكن استبدال بطاقة الهدايا أو استرداد قيمتها أو إرجاعها أو إعادة شحنها أو استخدامها بأكثر من قيمتها الاسمية أو استبدالها بالنقد أو إرجاعها مقابل النقد أو تحويلها إلى حساب آخر.
- 12 لا يمكن استخدام رصيد بطاقات الهدايا لشراء السلع أو الخدمات لدى نون أو أي جهة تابعة لنون بعملة غير العملة التي صدرت بها بطاقة الهدايا.
- 13 يجب الحصول على بطاقات الهدايا من طرف ثالث معتمد، وتكون: أ. مسؤولًا عن حماية رقم بطاقة الهدايا والرمز السري من الاستخدام غير المصرح به؛ ب. ملزمًا باستخدام الرقم المرجعي فقط للتواصل بشأن أي شكوى تتعلق ببطاقات الهدايا وعدم مشاركة رقم البطاقة و/أو الرمز السري مع أي شخص تحت أي ظرف. ج. نون غير مسؤولة في حال فقدان أي بطاقة هدايا أو سرقتها أو إتلافها أو استخدامها دون إذنك. ونون غير مسؤولة ولا تتحمل أي التزام تجاهك عن أي سلوك غير قانوني أو احتيال من أي طرف ثالث مرتبط بأي بطاقة هدايا. ونون غير مسؤولة عن أي استرداد أو استبدال إذا لم يتم استخدام بطاقة الهدايا قبل تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية.
- 14 الصلاحية: سنة واحدة
- 15 Gift card purchases are non-refundable and non-cancellable once the code is generated, delivered, or redeemed. If 0fiat is unable to deliver the gift card after receiving your funds due to a partner issue, the amount will be refunded to your wallet.
