- 01 This eGift Card is valid for purchases made on MakeMyTrip only and is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
- 02 To check the gift card balance, go to the Payment page, select Gift Card, enter the card number and PIN. eGift Cards are valid on bookings made through the MakeMyTrip Mobile App, Desktop or PWA. The eGift Card is not valid on bookings through myBiz. This eGift Card is not applicable with the Pay Later payment option (Book Now Pay Later/Reserve Now Pay Later) on flights.
- 03 In case your transaction has failed after the Gift Card is applied, the amount would be automatically refunded to the same card within 72 hours. In case of cancellation of bookings made using the eGift Card within the validity period, the amount will be reversed to the same card used at the time of booking.
- 04 This eGift Card cannot be used in conjunction with promo codes. This eGift Card is valid for partial redemption; the balance will remain in the eGift Card until the validity period and can be reused for multiple transactions. Multiple eGift Cards (up to 3) can be combined and used in one booking.
- 05 Products and services are subject to availability. MakeMyTrip is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules. MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny acceptance of any eGift Card if it suspects duplicity of cards. In no event shall the liability of MakeMyTrip for any claims exceed the value of the card.
- 06 This is for individual use only. Travel agents found using the card will lead to cancellation of booking and no refund will be made.
- 07 eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant. Items purchased using this eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the merchant. The merchant is solely responsible for the product & service provided to customers through the use of this eGift Card.
