- 09 The Gift Card may be used to purchase all products across all categories on noon.com
- 10 and its affiliates, including sale items.
- 11 The Gift Card may also be used for Recharges and/or Bill Payments services on noon payUAE platform.
- 12 If a customer would like to use the redeemed Gift Card balance on the noon pay platform
- 13 and access additional spending touchpoints, then the customer will have to successfully
- 14 complete the initial KYC process by scanning their Emirates ID.
- 15 The Gift Card may not be replaced, refunded, returned, reloaded, redeemed for more
- 16 than face value, redeemed for cash, returned for cash, or transferred to another account
- 17 Gift Cards balance cannot be used to purchase goods or services at any noon-affiliated
- 18 property outside of the currency in which the gift card has been issued
- 19 Gift Cards must be obtained from an authorized third party, and you are
- 20 a. responsible for safeguarding your Gift Card and PIN from unauthorized use.
- 21 b. only use your reference number to communicate a gift card(s) complaint and never
- 22 share the gift card number and/or PIN with anyone, in any circumstance.
- 23 c. Noon and Mylist is not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if your Gift
- 24 Card is used without your permission. There are a variety of Gift Card scams that
- 25 request payment by Gift Card. noon is not responsible for, and assumes no liability
- 26 to you for, any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Gift
- 27 Card.
- 28 Noon and Mylist is not liable for any refunds or replacement if the gift card has not been redeemed
- 29 before the expiry date.
